Refund Policy

We would never want you to be unhappy with any flowers bought from The Really Wild Bunch. Please let Annie know if you have any issues.
 

If you have bought fresh flowers from The Really Wild Bunch, they are a living product. We would expect event flowers to last in good condition for the event that they have been bought for, and retail flowers to last a week in a vase under normal circumstances.
 

The life of the flowers will be shortened if they have been in very hot or exposed conditions. But if this is not the case and the quality of the flowers has not kept to our expectations please let us know immediately and we will refund or replace.
