TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This website is operated by The Really Wild Bunch. Where these terms and conditions use terms such as "we", "us" and "our" they refer to The Really Wild Bunch.
2. By visiting our website including all the information, tools and services available on it, and/or purchasing something from us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and the associated privacy policy available here
3. You can view the most current version of these terms and conditions at any time by visiting this website page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit to your website, read these terms and conditions and ensure you understand them before making a purchase.
BUYING FRESH FLOWERS FROM US
4. We offer seasonal fresh flowers, and our bunches and buckets are offered as "Whatever is in season". Please look at our Social media feeds to see what is likely to be available. All orders will be bespoke and individual.
5. Delivery is available of Fridays between April to October, or at other times of the year by advance appointment. Orders must be placed for next day delivery by 2pm (Thursday). Please see our delivery details
6. When you place an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is confirmation that your order has been accepted by us. You may cancel your order up to 5pm the day before delivery.
7. Your order will only be accepted by us once we have confirmed we have your flowers and that we can offer delivery on your suggested date.
8. Because we are a seasonal flower farm, weather conditions may affect our ability to provide fresh flowers.
9. You will need clean buckets or vases for your flowers to be deliver to, in a protected/shady place.
10. We will occasionally take photos of the flowers we have made and will post them on social media and our website as marketing promotion; please let us know if you do not want your flowers to be used.
WHOLESALE FLOWERS FOR FLORISTS
11. Our Wholesale flowers purchase system is open to local florists who want to regularly buy buckets of flowers from The Really Wild Bunch/Pennyclose Farm Flowers.
12. The system is open to florists and trainee florists who are able to collect flowers from Pennyclose Farm and are on our list. Please email Annie to be added to our list or complete the form here.
13. At the beginning of each week we will send an availability list.
14. Small quantities / unusual trial varieties may also be available; enquire if you have a specific request not on the list
15. Flowers will be cut and conditioned and available for collection on Tuesday and Thursdays from 9.00am to 1.00pm from the potting shed @ Pennyclose Farm
16. There may be availability on other days and times – please email your enquiry.
17. Orders must be received by email by 5pm Monday for that week’s collection. Orders can be a stem count or bucket to a theme. An order is not considered placed until a confirmation email is sent by us detailing availability and confirming collection time.
18. Payment is required in cash on collection or direct bank transfer (preferred method). Orders will be listed and invoice sent on collection. Payment required within 48hours of invoice.
Provisional orders, up to 1 year ahead:
19. Our Flower Availability Guide for the year is available by e-mail – this shows general varieties and when they should be available. This is a guide only, exact timings and prices will vary, and we have many more varieties than we can show on this list.
20. You can make provisional orders to reserve flowers for an event – by colour, style, budget or by approximate stem count. You can request provisional orders up to 12 months in advance.
21. Confirmation of provisional orders will be made three months before and again the week before the event.
COVID COMPLIANCE
22. Please don’t come to the farm if you are feeling ill.
23. We have hand sanitiser for you to use when you arrive.
24. If you are picking up an order they will be ready for you for no contact collection in the potting shed.
JURISDICTION
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
